What is the cannabis delivery mobile app?

Our Planet 13 Dispensary cannabis delivery mobile app is a convenient way to order your favorite cannabis products for in-store pick up or have them delivered straight to your door.

Is it legal to use the app to order cannabis products?

Yes, as long as you are of legal age, have a valid form of ID and live in a state where cannabis is legal.

How do I use the app?

Simply download the app, create an account, and start browsing our selection of products. When you find what you’re looking for, add it to your cart, and checkout. We’ll handle the rest.

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Settings page, choose Login Information, add your new password and tap on the Update Password button.

How do I view a notification that I received?

Go to the Notifications section to view all notifications that have been sent to you.

How do I view previous orders placed via the app?

Go to the Settings Page and choose Order History.

I received a deal notification, but the discounted price isn’t showing up on the product description. How do I get the discounted price?

Once you add all of your sale items to the cart, go to the checkout page and you will see the discount applied to your total. We are working on adding a deals section to our app in the very near future.

How do I choose the Planet 13 store I’d like to order from?

Go to the Settings Page, Store Location, and choose one of our three store location options to order. You must be in Las Vegas, NV or Henderson, NV to order from Planet 13 Las Vegas or Medizin. You must be in California to order from our Planet 13 Orange County location.

What products can I order through the app?

We offer a wide selection of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates, and more.

I placed an order, but received an “error network” pop up message. Did my order go through?

Please check the order history tab, if your order went through it will show up in this tab. If the order is not visible in the order history tab, please place your order again.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

You will receive a verification call from one of our team members to verify your order prior to sending it out for delivery. They will make multiple phone call attempts to verify your order. If they do not receive confirmation through these attempts, Planet 13 will unfortunately need to cancel your order due to high demand. Thank you for your understanding!

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

How much does delivery cost?

All deliveries include free delivery with a necessary $50 pre-tax minimum purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are currently only accepting cash payments at this time.

What if I have a problem or question about my order?

If you have a question please use the chat feature on the bottom right of the screen for a more timely response. We are receiving an overwhelming amount of calls and are doing the best we can to manage the inbounding messages. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes, you must be present at the delivery location to accept your delivery order.

Can I place an order for delivery to a casino or hotel?

Law prohibits us from delivering to hotels and gaming establishments. Your delivery address must match your valid ID unless you have a proper purchase history with a previous account.

Do you offer any promotions or discounts?

Yes, we offer a variety of promotions and discounts daily. Deals and discounts are reflected in your cart at checkout in the app.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we take the security of your personal information seriously and use the latest encryption technologies to protect it.

Can I order cannabis products for someone else?

No, you can only order cannabis products for yourself.

Can I return or exchange products?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
