With one of the lowest delivery minimums in the state at $50 pre-tax, our customers can take advantage of free marijuana delivery from 10am-12am. Planet 13 is also offering curbside pick-up for orders placed in advance. FAQ: Cannabis Curbside Pickup & In-Store Shopping
Our delivery service operates from 9am-12am daily. Planet 13 offers same-day deliveries. Due to high volumes, we are scheduling deliveries up to 24 hours in advance.
Our curbside pick-up service operates 9am-12am, 7 days a week. Please note that all curbside pick-up orders must be placed in advance. Consumers/patients must maintain proper social distancing by remaining in their vehicle at all times. No minors under 21 years of age are allowed to be in the vehicle during pick-up.
If you have not arrived within 3 hours of your scheduled pickup time, your order will be returned. If you are picking up your order after your 3 hour window, please understand that selected items can not be guaranteed in stock, and there may be a delay in your pick up process.
Customers with pets: If you are planning to utilize pick up, please make sure that your pets are secured in your vehicle at all time when utilizing our curbside pick up. (Dogs in the back of pick up trucks)
We are unable to deliver to hotels, motels, or other strip locations. Also, we are unable to deliver to weekly stay apartments until further notice. The delivery address must be a residential address only. Please click here to refer to a list of blocked and restricted addresses. Day time restricted addresses will have delivery only available from 9:00am-5:00pm. If you believe your address is being blocked by mistake, please feel free to contact us.
All deliveries include free delivery with a necessary $50 pre-tax minimum purchase.

NON-LOCAL: Non-Local customers that wish to join the customer loyalty program and become privileged to daily deals will need to join online prior to first purchase and present the daily deal text message at the point of sale. https://www.planet13lasvegas.com/deals/
Non-Local customers that wish to sign up for our loyalty program in store will NOT be privileged to daily deals during their first purchase. Once the customer has received their first daily deal text message the customer will be eligible for all daily deals moving forward.
Your delivery address must match your valid ID unless you have a proper purchase history with a previous account. We require valid state identification. If you have not shopped with us, your delivery address needs to match your ID’s address. If you have shopped with us in the past, you may be able to have an alternate delivery address with verification. It is important that the phone number you provide is one that we can text and call you at during verification and delivery. Payments must be done in cash. We ask that payments be as close as possible to the total amount due. Change will be able to be given when possible. Customer who has placed the order must be present upon delivery and present valid identification.
Due to recent Coronavirus restrictions, we are receiving an influx of orders. Our customer service team will do their best to answer incoming calls and messages. Planet 13 is currently accepting both cash and bank issued debit cards at this time. With our debit card transactions, our system will round up to nearest $5 increment, with the remaining balance given back in cash. For debit cards there will be a $3 transaction fee. We ask that cash payments be as close as possible to the total amount due for deliveries. Change will be able to be given when possible. Please be aware that your bank may charge an additional out-of-network fee for using the debit system.
One of our staff members will make multiple attempts to verify your order prior to sending it out for delivery. If they do not receive confirmation through these attempts, Planet 13 will unfortunately need to cancel your order due to high demand. Thank you for your understanding!
