02. Verify

One of our staff members will be in contact with you by phone to verify your order details prior to putting it on the delivery vehicle. If you place an order for pick-up, we will not verify. Please expect multiple calls throughout this process especially for delivery.

03. Update

A text message will be sent to your phone updating you that your product is out for delivery or processed for pick-up. If you select delivery, please make sure you are available to receive the order.

04. Receive

One of our staff members will deliver your order within the time slot selected to the best of our ability. If you select pick-up, you can find more details listed below. We hope you enjoy your products.

With one of the lowest delivery minimums in the state at $50 pre-tax, our customers can take advantage of free marijuana delivery from 10am-12am. Planet 13 is also offering curbside pick-up for orders placed in advance. As a thank you to our Las Vegas locals, we are publishing new deals on a daily basis to our online menu, where customers can always find a product that best fits their needs. Are you able to shop in-store?

Customers are able to shop in-store from 10:00am-12:00am with restrictions. Please click here to find up-to-date information regarding the Coronavirus.

What are Planet 13's available delivery day and times?

Our delivery service operates from 9am-12am daily. Planet 13 offers same-day deliveries. Due to high volumes, we are scheduling deliveries up to 24 hours in advance.

Does Planet 13 offer curbside pick-up?

Our curbside pick-up service operates 9am-12am, 7 days a week. Please note that all curbside pick-up orders must be placed in advance. Consumers/patients must maintain proper social distancing by remaining in their vehicle at all times. No minors under 21 years of age are allowed to be in the vehicle during pick-up.

It is saying that my address is not valid. What do I do?

We are unable to deliver to hotels, motels, or other strip locations. Also, we are unable to deliver to weekly stay apartments until further notice. The delivery address must be a residential address only. Please click here to refer to a list of blocked and restricted addresses. Day time restricted addresses will have delivery only available from 9:00am-5:00pm. If you believe your address is being blocked by mistake, please feel free to contact us.

Does Planet 13 offer free delivery?

All deliveries include free delivery with a necessary $50 pre-tax minimum purchase.

Does Planet 13 offer any deals?

Customers can find our deals listed on our menu under the category “Specials” on the left sidebar. Planet 13 also offers 20% off to locals. Apply code: LOCAL20 to the notes section at checkout to receive 20% off your regular-priced purchase w/ valid Nevada ID. Cannot combine discounts. Some exclusions may apply. Are there any delivery requirements?

Your delivery address must match your valid ID unless you have a proper purchase history with a previous account. We require valid state identification. If you have not shopped with us, your delivery address needs to match your ID’s address. If you have shopped with us in the past, you may be able to have an alternate delivery address with verification. It is important that the phone number you provide is one that we can text and call you at during verification and delivery. Payments must be done in cash. We ask that payments be as close as possible to the total amount due. Change will be able to be given when possible. Customer who has placed the order must be present upon delivery and present valid identification.

How do I contact someone regarding my order placed?

Due to recent Coronavirus restrictions, we are receiving an influx of orders. Our customer service team will do their best to answer incoming calls and messages. If you are having trouble reaching a customer service associate, please use the chat feature on the website and leave behind your contact information. We will do our best to reach back out to you in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding!

What are my available payment methods for online ordering?

Planet 13 is currently accepting both cash and bank issued debit cards at this time. With our debit card transactions, our system will round up to nearest $5 increment, with the remaining balance given back in cash. For debit cards there will be a $3 transaction fee. We ask that cash payments be as close as possible to the total amount due for deliveries. Change will be able to be given when possible. Please be aware that your bank may charge an additional out-of-network fee for using the debit system.

What happens if I miss my verification call?

One of our staff members will make multiple attempts to verify your order prior to sending it out for delivery. If they do not receive confirmation through these attempts, Planet 13 will unfortunately need to cancel your order due to high demand. Thank you for your understanding!

We encourage you to use the chat feature on the bottom right of the screen for a more timely response. We are receiving an overwhelming amount of calls and are doing the best we can to manage the inbounding messages.

Does placing an order guarantee all products are in-stock?

By placing an order, this does not guarantee we have the same product or batch available. When your order is processed for delivery, we will call to verify and address  if there are any changes that need to be made. If this is the case, our team will help you find a comparable product that fits your needs.
