Delivery times may be longer than normal due to high volumes. Because of the recent changes with coronavirus quarantines forcing us to go delivery-only, we are avidly working on improving our systems to be able to handle the large volume of orders. If there are no remaining delivery times available in the next 24hrs, please check back at a later time. If your order has been canceled, we encourage you to try placing an order again tomorrow. Our 3rd party system allowed for over-scheduling and caused an error in our system. Our team is diligently processing all day and through the night to ensure orders are prepared more efficiently. Planet 13 is also working on scaling our fleet of delivery vans to assist with this over the next few days. Our delivery service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Due to high volumes, we are scheduling deliveries up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not see an available delivery time during checkout, please check back at a later time.

Planet 13 delivers to most addresses in Las Vegas and Henderson. Law prohibits us from delivering to hotels and gaming establishments. Your delivery address must match your valid ID unless you have a proper purchase history with a previous account.
At checkout, if you receive the following message, this most likely means there are no delivery times remaining for the next 24hours or your address listed is at a gaming property: “Delivery is unavailable for the address you entered for the rest of the day – please enter a different address.”
